With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Thad Lowery brings a unique combination of sales experience, broker leadership, training, and coaching to his role. Over the course of his career, he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers while also developing a passion for helping real estate professionals grow their businesses and reach their potential.

Thad played an instrumental role in establishing the company's presence in Hoover, helping launch the office at Stadium Trace Village and growing it from the ground up into one of the company's most productive offices. Today, his responsibilities extend well beyond Hoover as he works with agents, brokers, managers, and company leadership on training, education, business development, technology, and new initiatives.

A strong believer that successful agents never stop learning, Thad is especially passionate about agent development. He develops and leads training programs focused on business planning, sales skills, technology, AI, productivity, and the fundamentals that create long-term success in real estate. His approach combines decades of practical real estate experience with a willingness to embrace new ideas and tools that help agents better serve their clients.

A Hoover native and graduate of W.A. Berry High School, Thad's roots in the community run deep. He played football at Berry before continuing his playing career at the college level, and he remains involved in the game today as a volunteer youth football coach. Thad has three children who attended Hoover City Schools and participated in local athletics and school activities.

Whether he's working with an agent, helping lead an organization, coaching young athletes, or serving a client, Thad believes in many of the same principles that shaped him through football: preparation, accountability, teamwork, and always looking for ways to get better.
